# $CLONE Staking Guide

## 1. Step
After connecting your wallet, you’ll see the window below, which will allow you to set up your staking. Start by entering the amount of $CLONE you’d like to stake.
## 2. Step
Use the slider to set your preferred staking type and duration. As you move the slider, you’ll see both the lock-up period and the $CLONE yield APR update in real time.

APR reflects the current rate based on recent yield emission and the amount of staked tokens.

## 3. Step
Click on "**Stake & Earn now**" to stake your tokens.
## 4. Step
"**Manage**" lets you view and control your staking. Here, you can see all your individual stakings, their terms, and the claimable rewards.
In this window, you can claim your rewards and unstake your flexible staking.
## 5. Step
To claim your rewards, click either the "**Claim**" button next to an individual staking position, or click "**Claim All**" to easily collect all available rewards with one click.
